Discovery & consultation

We discuss your goals, budget, and ideal direction, then organize what is needed together. Online meetings are standard, with in-person meetings possible around Soka.

Proposal & estimate

We propose the scope, schedule, and project cost based on our conversation.

Agreement

After approval and the initial 30% payment, production begins. The remaining balance is paid at completion.

Design & development

We design, build, review, and refine the work with you.

Launch & support

After final review, we launch and explain ongoing maintenance options.
